Learning Through Experience

My experience as a professional started over ten (10) years ago when I was working in customer service. During this time, I developed my ability to communicate; I improved my patience; I grew to be adaptable; and I continued to develop my ability to solve problems.


Working with many different types of people, with many different kinds of situations, and with numerous new and challenging problems allowed me to learn first hand just how important it is to have empathy for others, be organized, and be reliable.


The time I spent in customer service helped establish the groundwork for what would follow.

From Curiosity to Creativity

As Digital work and technology have changed over time; my natural curiosity of wanting to learn new things has led to an interest in different areas of Digital work.

Whether it was getting new team members up-to-speed (on-boarding), or making processes smoother by improving workflow and communications, I enjoyed creating an environment where staff could grow together.

The Things That Continue to Inspire Me


In addition to the professional world, I am interested in reading and learning new ideas on many subjects.


I love:


  • Reading books in coffee shops
  • Visiting museums and churches
  • Listening to music while working or relaxing
  • Watching documentaries and educational videos
  • Exploring topics about history, mummies, dinosaurs, science, space, and the universe
  • Discovering meaningful stories through sci-fi movies and books


After seeing a movie based on my favorite book, I will read the entire book. This allows me to look at the same idea from two separate views.


Stories, history, science, and creativity constantly remind me how much there is to discover in the world.

What Matters Most


Although I recognize how important it is to grow and be ambitious, I also truly believe that relationships and the experiences we share are very important.


Because I am family-focused, I enjoy sharing in many special times (and moments) with those close to me.


No matter what we’re doing – visiting a new destination, trying something for the first time, just hanging out – I feel that some of the most memorable parts of our lives can have even greater significance because they were shared with someone else.


My mind set about this affects not only the way I live my own life; but it also impacts the way I approach working with other people -- with compassion, teamwork and authentic concern.

A Continuous Journey

Beginning with a sense of wonder that has been present in me for as long as I can remember — curiosity is one quality that continues to be a part of my continuous journey.


There will always be:

This website is simply a reflection of that ongoing journey — a collection of experiences, skills, interests, and lessons that continue to shape who I am today.
